Our Performance improves athleticism to support the physical demands of athletes of all levels, from semi-professional to professional. This program helps athletes of all levels, bulletproof their weaknesses, decrease injury risk, to build strength, power and speed to set them up for long-term success. This program is the only complete junior athlete development programs in Western Sydney.

ASSESSMENT & TESTING
The comprehensive performance testing we do with all our aspiring athletes will help create a PlayBook that sets them up for long-term success. By the end of the testing session, we will know exactly what the athlete needs to become more athletic for their sport. As they say, "What doesn't get measured doesn't get improved."
MOVEMENT QUALITY FOR BALANCE & COORDINATION
When athletes move well, they are already have the advantage. We have a quality over quantity approach. The athlete that is more balanced, coordinated and efficient mover will dominate their competition. Once we lay the foundations of movement quality and build out their movement library, we build athleticism.
STRENGTH FOR RESILIENCE & INJURY REDUCTION
An NRL Head Coach said to me once, "The best ability is availability." Strength underpins everything we do, it is the foundation of which we build all other physical traits on. Strength also protects from injury and builds a strong robust athlete. As we know weak things break, and no athlete likes sitting on the sideline watching their team compete.
POWER & PLYOMETRICS FOR RATE OF FORCE DEVELOPMENT
Most athletes lack ability or knowledge to produce force quickly. High velocity exercises such as plyometrics, jumping, throwing and ballistic movements are a great way to increase this quality. Being an explosive athlete is something that needs to be taught, we implement this with our systemised velocity block. We also coach athletes to land and control deceleration mechanics before we let them fly.
SPEED & AGILITY FOR ATHLETICISM
Nearly all athletes are never taught how to run — it’s just something they do. There is an old saying "You don't know what you don't know." While genetics are set and we can't change them, we can improve upon their running mechanics and make them a more efficient mover to break the game wide open.
